Watson Arabians offers a variety of breeding services. We have a National Top Ten Dressage champion "Zorrgo" standing at stud.
Our state of the art breeding facility offers complete amenities The breeding dummy for safe stallion collection enables us to artificially inseminate mares and ship cooled fresh semen. All semen is examined for count and motility prior to breeding or shipping. All mares are bred by Artificial Insemination Mares bred at our farm can be bred to our stallions or bred to outside stallions by use of shipped cooled or frozen semen. We take the stress out of breeding for the mare owner by making ALL arrangements between the veterinarians, stallion owner or manager, Federal Express, UPS, airlines, etc. Breeding procedures are handled by our Licensed Equine Reproduction Specialist Mares are examined by ultra sound to determine follicle readiness for optimum breeding time. After breeding, ultra sounds are performed at 15 days, 30 days, and 90 days gestation to monitor fetal development and determine the mare is safely in foal Should you choose to leave your mare at Watson Arabians during her entire pregnancy, or bring her back for the birth of her foal, please check out our foaling page.
